I am a construction attorney in Omaha, Nebraska. I assist clients with all aspects of construction projects, from drafting the contract, negotiating the contract, demanding payment, filing liens, to litigating claims. I am a firm believer in the old adage, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” That is why it’s important to have counsel involved in construction projects early on to make sure that your rights and defenses are adequately protected.
My experience is broad based. I represent contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, materials suppliers and design professionals on a full range of issues in commercial and residential construction projects. I have also litigated construction claims in federal and state courts, before arbitration tribunals and through mediation. My goal is to provide cost-effective counsel to the construction industry.
Prior to joining Lamson Dugan and Murray, I was an Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. I served as general counsel to the Missouri Department of Agriculture and represented state agencies, including the Office of Design and Construction, in disputes before administrative tribunals and state and federal courts.
